International orders
KumaFinds ships from Japan. International parcels may be inspected by customs in the destination country.
Import tax and duties
Product prices and shipping fees do not include destination-country import tax, VAT, customs duty, brokerage, or handling charges unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Customs delays
Customs processing can extend the delivery estimate. We cannot control or guarantee customs clearance time.
Refused or unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because charges were not paid or the address was incorrect, any refund will be considered after the parcel returns to us. Original shipping, return shipping, duties, and carrier charges may be deducted where legally permitted.
