About these terms
These terms apply when you use KumaFinds or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to make the purchase.
Products and condition
We sell authentic Japanese collectibles. Listings use photos of the actual item whenever stated. Prize-figure and retail boxes may have minor shelf, arcade, or transport wear. Material condition details shown on the product page form part of the listing.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the checkout currency. An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order when stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, an obvious pricing error occurred, or delivery is not possible.
Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates. Customs, carrier delays, weather, and local postal conditions are outside our control. The buyer must provide a complete and correct address.
Intellectual property
KumaFinds branding, original photography, text, and website design may not be copied without permission. Product names and characters remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
